I collaborate with brokers affiliated with Marcus & Millichap, supporting research across multifamily, single-tenant net lease (STNL), multi-tenant net lease (MTNL), industrial, and shopping center properties. My role involves conducting detailed property and ownership research to support acquisitions, and outreach strategies. Our team has full access to LandVision and CoStar, allowing us to analyze ownership structures, transaction history, loan data, and market activity. For properties held under LLCs or entities, we conduct in-depth ownership tracing by reviewing county deed records, mortgage filings, and Secretary of State documentation to identify true ownership. This ensures that brokers and acquisition teams are working with accurate, decision-maker-level information. We operate as a highly organized and reliable research team focused on accuracy, responsiveness, and long-term partnerships. Our goal is to streamline research workflows, improve data quality, and support brokers with structured, actionable property intelligence that enhances deal execution and pipeline efficiency.
