He wastes my time. Claiming he can do Complete As built drawing. He only send the fire system design with a floor plan layout and mark the location. Which what was needed was a complete As built drawing. Now claiming I should not cancel order and leave the fund with him. And find an architectural seller to help me with the as built drawing.
