Yes. Please message me first so we can discuss your business problem, expected deliverables, available information and timeframe. I will then confirm the most suitable package or prepare a custom offer.
What information will you need from me?
I will need a short description of the problem, the process or system involved, your expected outcome, relevant documents and the names or roles of the stakeholders who may need to be consulted.
What will I receive at the end of the engagement?
Deliverables depend on the selected package and may include findings, as-is and to-be process maps, requirements, user stories, gap analysis, recommendations, an implementation roadmap or a presentation deck.
Do you develop or configure software?
This gig covers business analysis, process design, requirements and solution recommendations. I do not develop software under this gig, but I can work with your developers, vendors or technical team to support delivery.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes to an agreed deliverable. New workflows, additional stakeholder groups or material changes to the original scope will require a Gig Extra or custom offer.
Can you work with confidential business information?
Yes. I handle client information professionally and will work within agreed confidentiality requirements. I am also happy to review and sign an appropriate NDA before receiving sensitive information.
Can you create a custom package for my project?
