I purchased the Premium Package for a *Design and Rig* project. I feel like it should not be labeled *Design and Rig* because even the Premium Package does not include any sort of rigging whatsoever. Extremely polite and makes sure to double-check with you at every stage of the process. They work solely from what you say, so make sure to ask plenty of questions if you want the best design. They answered all of mine clearly, and it came out great. The faster you reply, the more they can work with you (My bad (╥_╥)). Great seller overall.

Absolutely love the end result and much better than I could have ever imagined it, I wasnt kept in the dark on how far through the creation process was and never felt like I had to chase up for updates which is appreciated, would highly recommend commissioning them for your models :3

Izumii put a lot of effort into it and was very understanding- even though i was still quite inexperienced in this area; and explained a lot of things to me. Overall, i am satisfied; considering the price range, the result is good. Thank you very much!
