The audit offered a few useful starter-level suggestions, and the freelancer was responsive in providing revisions. However, the final deliverable still felt fairly generic and not as tailored to the actual PDP as expected. Overall, a decent starter audit with some helpful direction.

I had a wonderful experience with Melissa. She went above and beyond and really offered a very detailed analysis of the Conversion problems on our site in a detailed video. I am blown away. The level of depth, detail and insight exceeded my expectations. Moving through my backend analytics and layering that with how front end should look to better support my customer based on their buying behaviors indicated by my data is INSANE.
