Hello, I am Melisa, a UX/ UI designer, passionate about creating simple, yet effective, designs. After graduating from university, I realised the importance of digitalisation for businesses and started transitioning towards a career in creating digital products. I started taking courses in coding, user research methods and user experience design. These courses made me realise the importance of creating a seamless user experience, which requires both UX and UI design skills. To improve my research skills and gain a deeper understanding of usability, I pursued a Degree in Information Science.
