Unfortunately, after what seemed like proactive communication, the freelancer did not complete the project as agreed to. I extended the order for revision. They marked the order complete again and after multiple days of saying they would update me on the progress, I received nothing. The project completed but I never received any of the documents requested.

I put together a clear workflow, and once Mel’s team fully understood the requirements, they executed it very well the same day. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with them.

This is my second time working with Mel, and once again she delivered exactly what I needed without any hassle.
