During the time I spent at Deloitte I worked as a SCRUM master for a team of 18 members where I helped the team increase velocity in 18%. At the same time I was the team’s testing lead where I created and implemented 7 test cases on a daily cycle for the final stage of the product development lifecycle reporting over 100 bugs. My main tasks where to plan the teams developing cycles, keep them in track and report to the leading department about the status of the team. At this time I was tasked to develop several use cases on how to report data in a cloud technology project.
