Yes, our interior layout formatting meets KDP Paperback 100%. We understand Createspace is now merged with KDP Paperback, we are fully updated to the new standard requirements.

Do you format color or children's book?

Yes, I can do that based on their templates.
In what software are you formatting books?
I am formatting all books in Microsoft Word. So if you have pages, or similar, please transfer it to word document, so I can open it.
Will you upload file for printing using author's account?
No, I am not uploading any files to printing websites, that is author's job.
What means error "We removed non-printable mark-up from your document" on Amazon Kdp?
That means that Amazon KDP removed hyperlinks from Table of Contents or any other links in the book. So you can ignore that error. Book looks same as before, just you can't click on hyperlinks anymore. But, who can click on links in printed book anyway :)

I had a challenge with my book cover. He advertised experience with IngramSparks. I did get the file to his commitment date, but he did not change anything and experienced the same problem. When I went back and explained the problem, with minimal effort he just took my example and made a pdf. Level of expertise is very low.

He later said he didn’t see that request which can't be true bc he wouldn't have known to make the few changes he did make....
