He asked for $40/hours. He was supposed to use reliable Chinese references to write a short essay on the economic reform of China and its impact on entrepreneurship. Instead of using references, he produced a poor quality essay and used only one reference. His logic is he knows this stuff so he wrote himself and translated using an LLM!
