I am a development economist and PhD candidate in Economics at Wageningen University. My research covers education, labor markets, and long run structural change in Ethiopia, using R, Stata, and Python, including panel data methods and difference in differences. Before my PhD I taught economics in Ethiopia for more than ten years, including as head of a university department, and did consulting work in impact evaluation and feasibility studies. I offer statistical analysis, academic editing, research consulting, and economics tutoring, and I am a native Amharic speaker.
