I build and troubleshoot CRM systems and the technology connected to them. My work covers CRM architecture, API and webhook integrations, automation, data migration, system troubleshooting, data mapping, and AI integrations. I work across different platforms and focus on solving technical system problems, connecting business applications, and rebuilding processes when systems need to change.
