What do you need from me to get started?
Please send your finalized logo in AI, EPS, SVG or editable PDF format, your brand colors or guidelines, the intended use, and the motion style you prefer. References are welcome. If you only have a PNG, message us before ordering.
Is the animation fully custom or made from a template?
Every animation is designed around your logo and brand. We do not use generic logo reveal templates or simply replace logos inside pre-made scenes.
Can you animate any type of logo?
Most vector logos can be animated. Very detailed, photo-based, 3D or low-resolution artwork may require simplification or vectorization. Please message us before ordering if you are unsure.
Will the animation have a transparent background?
Transparent MOV with alpha is included in Standard and Premium and can be added to Basic as an extra. MP4 does not support true transparency. WebM is included only where stated in the package.
Can I use the animation on websites, YouTube or product videos?
Yes. You can use it on websites, apps, social media, YouTube, podcasts, pitch decks and product or launch videos. Tell us the main use so we can prepare the most suitable format.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers reasonable adjustments to the delivered direction, such as timing, colors, text or sound. A completely new animation concept or creative direction is not considered a revision.
Can you provide a Lottie or JSON animation?
Yes, when the logo and motion are technically compatible with Lottie. Some effects cannot be reproduced accurately. Please contact us before adding this extra so we can confirm compatibility.
Is logo design or vectorization included?
No. This gig animates one finalized logo. Logo design and vectorization are separate services. If your file is not vector-ready, message us first and we can recommend the right option.
