FAQ
Will the chatbot make up answers?
No — that's the whole point of RAG. It answers only from your documents and cites the source. If something isn't in your data, it says so instead of guessing.
What file types can it read?
PDF, Word, TXT, and web pages. Just send your content and I'll handle the rest.
Can I add more documents myself later?
Yes. Standard and Premium include an upload interface so you can add or remove documents anytime — no coding needed.
Do I own the code?
100%. You get full source code and ownership on every package.
Can you match my brand or website?
Absolutely — send your logo and colors and I'll style the chatbot to match.
What technology do you use?
React frontend, Python/Node backend, vector search for retrieval, and frameworks like LangChain / LlamaIndex with your choice of AI model.
Do I need to pay for API costs?
To start, no. I set your chatbot up with Google Gemini's free tier, so you can launch at zero cost. If you later want higher usage or a premium model (Claude/ChatGPT), it's a small pay-as-you-go cost — usually just a few dollars a month for a typical bot. I'll guide you on getting your free API key
Whose API key does the chatbot use?
It uses your own Google Gemini API key (free to create — I'll show you how). That way you stay in full control of your usage and costs, and there's nothing tied to me after delivery.
