Provided Proposal, FEED & EPC stage Engineering Services for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical Projects. • Reviewed ITB documents, assessed SOW and performed estimation of deliverables & MHRs. •Performed Process Design & Simulation of gas processing facility using Aspen HYSYS, EDR & Flarenet. • Concept Stage Technology Selection for various gas treatment processes like GSU, GDU & HCDPU. • Developed BFDs, PFDs, UFDs, and P&IDs of chemical processes in addition to other process deliverables. • Designing and Sizing of Process Equipment • Preparation of equipment list, equipment and line sizing reports, line list, utility consumption summary and RFQ data sheets, process simulation report. • Review of vendor documents i.e. data sheets and general arrangement drawings(GAD) • Thermal design and rating of Heat Exchangers. • Basic Design Package preparation including Simulation, Design Basis, Process Description. 🔹 Site Survey – Sajawal Gas Processing Facility (Mari Petroleum) Location: Sajawal, Pakistan | Purpose: Data Collection & System Evaluation • Conducted a comprehensive site survey at the Sajawal Gas Processing Facility operated by Mari Petroleum, aimed at supporting process evaluation and system adequacy verification. • Collected detailed process data and operating parameters from major facility units, including the Gas Dehydration Unit (GDU), Acid Gas Separation Unit (ASU), Hydrocarbon Dew Pointing Unit (HCDPU), and Raw Gas Compression System. • Gathered critical flare system information including flow paths, operating pressures, and control schemes to assess compliance with safety and environmental standards. • Extracted geometrical and physical configuration data for key process equipment and piping, facilitating accurate simulation and hydraulic modeling in Aspen HYSYS. • Engaged with on-site operations and engineering teams to validate system behavior and collect insights for simulation model refinement and performance improvement.
