My work focuses on creating practical and customized CRM and automation solutions that are aligned with each business's workflow, goals, and operational requirements. My experience includes working with Zoho CRM and the broader Zoho ecosystem to configure and optimize business processes. I assist with CRM setup, customization, data organization, workflow configuration, automation, forms, integrations, and process improvements. Rather than applying the same setup to every business, I focus on understanding how a client currently manages leads, contacts, customers, sales activities, follow-ups, and internal processes before developing a solution that fits their specific requirements. A major part of my work involves business and CRM automation. I help reduce repetitive manual tasks by designing workflows and automated processes that can improve consistency and save valuable time. This can include lead management, follow-up processes, notifications, record updates, task creation, customer management, and other recurring business activities. My goal is to help businesses create more organized and efficient systems while keeping their processes easy to understand and maintain.
