My name is Michaela. I successfully completed a one-year fashion certificate in 2015, and I have been working as a dressmaker for the past ten years. Besides sewing, I also earned a BA in Graphic Communication Design. I now create sewing patterns and pattern design assets for other pattern designers.

As a dressmaker, I was responsible for constructing garments, i did everything from pattern drafting through to final finishing. I have extensive knowledge in sewing and assembling garments, drafting and adapting patterns to individuals measurements, and carrying out detailed alterations on special occasion and bridal wear. I also designed and created custom-made special occasion garments, working closely with clients during fittings to ensure precise fit and attention to detail.
