I don't believe the freelancer fully understood the brief or, if there was any uncertainty, asked enough questions before starting the artwork. I provided a detailed brief describing the style I was aiming for, including reference brands and the overall feel of the design. The final result did not match... Tout afficher

Though this team is nice, they were very delayed in their response time, and they did not meet the expectations they stated they would meet, I wish the best for this company but I will never be purchasing from them again due to their delayed response time and quality
