I have been working with the company since 2023, initially joining as an Executive – Call Centre. In 2026, I was promoted to Senior Executive – Call Centre in recognition of my performance and responsibilities. My responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining operational and performance reports, managing customer messages and responses, and coordinating daily call centre activities. In addition, I am responsible for stationery handling and inventory reporting. I regularly work with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for reporting, data management, and operational tracking.
