I build AI agents and customer support systems for any business: online shops, clinics, restaurants and hotels. In production today: an AI agent answering customer questions in Bangla and English on the website and messaging apps, a self-hosted multi-channel help desk with one shared inbox, and a QR ordering app.
Stack: Java and Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, PostgreSQL, Docker. Agents run on Gemini with a Claude fallback, grounded in your real content, and hand off to a human when they should.
