AI automation, dashboards and chatbots for small business

À propos de moi
Spending hours on reports, follow-ups or copy-paste work? I build AI tools that do it for you: automated reports, KPI dashboards, lead follow-up systems, AI chatbots and workflow automations. I'm a business operator first. I spent 15 years running sales teams and multi-store retail, managed 100+ people, and grew my own retail company to 50 locations. So I build for how your business actually runs, explain everything in plain English, and make sure your team will use it. Message me with the task eating your week.

Ran a 10-store retail region in Washington for an Xfinity retail partner, with 10 store managers and 100+ employees. - Region ranked #1 nationally for 2 straight years, with 137% average quota attainment - Opened or helped open 19 stores - Built the region's AI tools myself: a dashboard that ranks every store and rep at 7:30 AM, a live sales scoreboard and hiring tracker, a weekly missing-paperwork report, and a lead follow-up system This is where I learned what owners and managers actually need from a tool: something the team will open every day.
