What files can I send?
Receipt photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC), PDF receipts, scanned receipts, and invoices. Phone photos are fine. Mix photos and PDFs in one order.
Do you convert receipts to Excel and CSV?
Yes. Receipt to Excel, invoice to Excel, PDF to Excel, or photo to Excel. I also deliver CSV. Tell me Excel spreadsheet or CSV when you order. One file back, one row per receipt.
What is in each package?
Basic: up to 15 receipts, 1 day. Standard: up to 30 receipts, 1 day. Premium: up to 60 receipts, 2 days. Extra 10 receipts is $10 at checkout. Unreadable slips are listed, not guessed.
What columns are in the spreadsheet?
Date, vendor, amount, tax, and total. Excel data entry or CSV. One row per receipt or invoice. If a field is missing on the slip, that cell is left blank.
What if a receipt is unreadable?
Glare, torn, dark, or blurry files are skipped and listed so you know what was left out. I do not guess. If most of a batch is unreadable, message me before you order.
How many revisions are included?
Basic and Standard include 1 revision. Premium includes 2. Extra revision is $5. Revisions mean fixing the sheet from the same files, not adding a new stack of receipts.
Do you accept handwritten receipts?
Sometimes. Printed and PDF receipts convert cleanly. Handwritten slips are slower and more often unreadable. Message me with a sample before you order a handwritten batch.
Can you do extra fast delivery?
No need, it will be sent ASAP already. Your time is too valuable to wait.
