I am a Qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in global finance, outsourcing, and digital transformation. I have been an active TiE associate member since 2007, regularly participating in TiE summits in Delhi and Mumbai, where I engage with entrepreneurs, innovators, and ecosystem leaders. As the Director & Co-founder of Mindspace Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd., I lead operations that support accounting firms across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and UAE. Under my leadership, Mindspace has evolved into a trusted global outsourcing partner, known for its quality-driven processes, cloud automation capabilities, and scalable accounting solutions. My expertise spans management accounting, cloud accounting automation, outsourcing strategy, and digital transformation. I frequently speak at Management Training Institutes and industry forums, delivering sessions on business setup, accounting automation, technology adoption, and scaling KPO operations. These engagements allow me to contribute to professional development and share insights from my global exposure. I am also deeply committed to entrepreneurship and innovation. As a mentor to multiple start- ups, I guide founders on operational efficiency, financial planning, and sustainable scaling. I oversee the JIIF Innovation Center, supporting emerging entrepreneurs and enabling community-driven innovation. My professional journey has taken me to global exhibitions and conferences in Las Vegas, New York, London, Sydney, and San Jose, helping me stay at the forefront of industry trends. In 2022, I had the honor of being recognized at the Economic Times Global Indian Leaders Awards, where my partner and I were felicitated by Dia Mirza for our contributions to the finance and KPO sector.
