What do you need from me to begin?
Please provide complete PDF or DWG drawings, available specifications, required trades, project location, preferred measurement units and deadline. I will review the documents before confirming the scope.
What is included in the Basic package?
The Basic package covers a quantity takeoff for one simple trade up to 1,000 sq. ft. It includes an Excel quantity breakdown and annotated PDF. Labor and material costing is not included.
How will you determine labor and material costs?
Standard and Premium estimates use client-provided rates, supplier quotations or another pricing basis agreed before the order. Please provide the project location because costs vary between markets.
Which construction trades do you cover?
Available trades include earthwork, concrete, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, steel, roofing, waterproofing, plastering, flooring, ceilings, painting, doors/windows and external works. Choose 1 trade in Basic, up to 3 in Standard or any 5 agreed trades in Premium.
What files will I receive?
You will receive an organized Excel quantity or cost workbook and annotated PDF drawings. Deliverables depend on the package and agreed project scope.
What is covered by a revision?
Revisions cover corrections within the originally agreed drawings and scope. Revised designs, new drawings, additional quantities or trades, and newly added work are scope changes and may require an additional charge.
