Hi, I'm Ronald, owner of Minute Five. I set up GoHighLevel workflows for small businesses: form-triggered tagging, email follow-up, calendar booking, appointment reminders, internal notifications and tidy CRM organization. I learned GHL by building and running the lead capture, follow-up and booking system for my own sales business, configuring the automations, emails and calendar myself. My employee benefits account management background taught me to organize details, track deadlines and document each step.
