I develop black-and-white illustrations for creative projects, with a focus on line art, pen-and-ink drawing, character scenes, and book-related artwork. My workflow includes reviewing project briefs, interpreting visual references, planning compositions, refining line work, and preparing files according to agreed specifications. I pay attention to visual clarity, character consistency, tonal balance, and the intended use of each illustration. For book projects, I consider how artwork will fit alongside text and how it will reproduce at the final page size. I value clear communication, realistic timelines, and a collaborative process. I work to understand each client's requirements before beginning and confirm deliverables and revision expectations in advance. If you need original monochrome artwork for a book or creative project, share your brief and references so we can discuss your requirements.
