The Basic Package includes an ICF foundation layout with tiered footing (if needed), suitable for small projects . It’s ideal for early-stage planning or small structures.
Is this permit set valid for the USA or Canada?
Yes, the drawing sets are designed to meet standard residential building code requirements in the USA and Canada. However, for local code compliance, I recommend you consult with your local engineer or city authority before submission.
Can you provide structural or engineering stamps?
No, I do not provide stamped drawings. However, I can prepare the full architectural set that’s ready for your local engineer to review and stamp if required.
Can you design multi-story or larger homes?
Absolutely! If your project exceeds 2000 sq. ft. or has unique complexity (e.g., multi-level tiered terrain), please message me for a custom offer tailored to your needs.
Do you offer revisions if my city requests changes?
Yes, each package includes revisions. If your local authority requires specific updates, I’m happy to help you revise the set to meet their requirements within the allowed revision count.
Which software do you use to create the drawings?
I use AutoCAD and Revit for precise drafting and construction-level documentation. Renders, if needed, are created using Lumion.
What file formats will I receive?
You’ll receive high-resolution PDFs ready for printing and submission, plus source files in DWG (AutoCAD) or RVT (Revit), depending on your request.
