What exactly do you do in this gig?
I act as your expert app store troubleshooter. I will: Analyze the rejection message from Google Play Console or Apple App Store Connect. Diagnose the root cause of the issue (whether it's code, metadata, policy, or a configuration problem). Fix & Resubmit the application.
What kinds of rejections can you fix?
I can resolve a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: Google Play: Violations of Developer Policy, IP infringement, Deceptive Behavior, Privacy Policy issues, Security vulnerabilities, API level issues, Data safety, content ratings , invalid or missing credentials, meta data etc.
How quickly can you fix my rejection?
My goal is speed. For most common rejections, I can diagnose, fix, and resubmit within 24-48 hours of receiving all necessary access and information. The final approval time then depends on the app store's review queue (usually 1-3 days).
What if the app gets rejected again for the same reason?
My gig includes a fix guarantee. If the app is rejected again for the exact same issue after my fix, I will re-work the solution and resubmit it at no additional cost.
Do I need to provide full access to my developer accounts?
For Google Play: It's often easiest if you add me as a user with "Admin" rights temporarily. This allows me to manage the release directly.
