What do you need from me to start?
Send your CAD file (STEP preferred), the material, and the loads and supports. If you’re unsure of the loads, describe the use case and I’ll suggest assumptions for you to confirm.
What type of analysis do you perform?
I perform static structural analysis in ANSYS: stress, deflection and safety factor. Fatigue checks are available if you provide the load cycles.
Do you certify the design as airworthy?
My analysis supports your certification process. If you need formal airworthiness approval, I can arrange it through a qualified certifying partner as a separate service. It is quoted individually and depends on your aircraft type and approval authority. Message me before ordering to discuss it.
What will I receive?
