Lead business analysis, solution design, configuration, and declarative development for Salesforce Billing, Revenue Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ, delivering scalable solutions aligned with business and financial requirements. • Gather, analyse, and refine business requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders, translating them into user stories, functional designs, and Salesforce configurations within an Agile Scrum environment. • Configure and enhance Salesforce using Flows, custom objects, fields, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and other declarative features to automate business processes. • Manage end-to-end delivery of user stories from requirements through deployment to UAT, coordinating with QA, Release Management, and business users to ensure successful production releases using Copado. • Support month-end financial close activities by investigating and resolving data anomalies affecting Revenue and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accurate data flow from Salesforce to Oracle. • Perform financial reconciliation between Salesforce and Oracle by analysing Finance Transactions, Revenue Schedules, Revenue Transactions, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, Cash Applications, and other Billing records to maintain data integrity. • Provide Tier-2 production support by performing root cause analysis, resolving complex Salesforce issues, executing controlled data fixes, and leveraging SOQL and SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Release teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions and drive continuous process improvements.
