Sara did an outstanding job building out our Pipedrive CRM for our real estate brokerage. This was a complex Phase 1 project: 24 custom fields, user permission cleanup, and a full automation build covering lead routing, round robin assignment, and a 29-task transaction coordinator checklist that fires automatically as deals move through our pipelines.
