What exactly is RAG ("chat with your documents")
RAG lets an AI answer using your own content — docs, PDFs, a database, a website — instead of guessing. I index your data, retrieve the relevant parts, and the model answers from them, with sources.
Claude or GPT — which should I use?
Depends on your needs (quality, context size, cost, privacy). I'll recommend the best fit, and can support both or switch later.
Will it make things up (hallucinate)?
RAG plus guardrails greatly reduces that — answers stay grounded in your data and cite sources, and I can add "I don't know" behavior for off-topic questions.

What is MCP and why does it matter?
