Accounts Payable The system supports the complete purchasing and payment lifecycle: Purchase Request → Quotation → Purchase Order → Goods Receipt → Vendor Invoice → Approval → Accounts Payable → Payment → Vendor Ledger It also supports partial payments, multiple payments against one invoice, and a single payment covering multiple invoices. Debtia is a debt collection and case-management platform that helps businesses manage creditors, debtors, debt cases, subscriptions, installment plans, and external collection-service integrations. I worked extensively on complex backend business logic where data integrity and synchronization between different systems were critical.
