I build the backend, the part of an app that most people never see, but that decides whether everything actually works. Logins that don't break, data that doesn't get lost, APIs that hold up once real users show up instead of just a demo.
I work mainly with Node.js and Express, pairing it with MongoDB or MySQL depending on what the project actually needs. I've taken projects from a blank folder all the way to a live, working deployment, so I know the difference between "it runs on my laptop" and "it's ready for someone else to depend on"
