FAQ
Do you only write for B2B SaaS?
SaaS and subscription software is where I work daily, so that's where I'm strongest. I'll take B2C subscription products and software-adjacent services too. For ecommerce or physical products I'd point you to someone who lives in that world, because onboarding there is a different problem.
Which email platforms can you format for?
HubSpot, Mailchimp, Customer.io, Intercom, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Braze, and anything else that accepts plain text or HTML. You get the copy in an editable doc plus build notes for your specific platform, so whoever sets it up isn't guessing.
What if I don't know my activation milestones?
That's normal and it's part of the job. Send me your product, your onboarding flow, and whatever usage data you have. I'll define the milestones as part of the order and explain the reasoning, so you can argue with them if you disagree.
Do you write the emails or just plan them?
Both. You get finished copy, ready to paste in, not an outline or a strategy deck. Subject lines, preview text, body copy, and the trigger logic for when each email sends.
Can you continue past onboarding?
Yes. Renewal sequences, win-back campaigns, expansion and upsell flows, and health-based lifecycle emails. Message me and I'll send a custom offer rather than making you buy a package that doesn't fit.
