1. Event Planner (Strategy, Logistics & Organisation) The Planner is the operational backbone responsible for keeping the event on schedule, within budget, and seamlessly organised. Client Consultation & Objective Setting: Define the event's goals, vision, target audience, and overall scope with key stakeholders. Budget Management: Create, track, and manage the complete event budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost efficiency. Timeline & Master Schedule: Develop comprehensive timelines, run-of-show schedules, and milestone checklists for pre-event, event day, and post-event tasks. Vendor & Supplier Management: Source, negotiate with, book, and coordinate all third-party vendors (catering, AV, venue, security, transportation). Permits & Risk Management: Secure necessary licenses, permits, and insurance; establish contingency and risk mitigation plans. Guest & Communications Management: Overseational logistics like guest lists, ticketing, invitations, RSVPs, and stakeholder updates. 2. Event Designer (Aesthetics, Concept & Atmosphere) The Designer is the creative vision creator responsible for the look, feel, and overall sensory experience of the event. Concept Development: Translate client ideas into cohesive visual themes, mood boards, color palettes, and stylistic concepts. Spatial & Layout Planning: Design floor plans, stage setups, seating arrangements, and spatial flows to optimize aesthetic appeal and guest comfort. Decor & Styling Sourcing: Select and curate visual elements including lighting, floral arrangements, furniture, table settings, backdrop, and signage. Brand Integration: Ensure all visual elements align with the event theme or client corporate identity/branding guidelines. Sensory Experience Design: Coordinate how music/audio, lighting dynamics, textures, and scents come together to create an immersive atmosphere. 3. Event Executor / Producer (On-Site Operations & Production) The Executor is the hands-on operational ma
