We’re UGLY. We design products people actually use and remember. Web apps, mobile apps, SaaS, websites. The whole thing, from the first messy idea to screens your engineers can actually build. Whoever you talk to on day one is the same person redrawing a button at 2 am because it felt off. Nothing gets passed down a chain and turned to mush. It doesn’t scale. That’s kind of the point. We started UGLY because we were tired of doing things someone else’s way, so now we don’t. The only way to lose is to be boring. So we won’t be.

In my role as Team Lead at Clyro, I guided the design team while aligning our work with broader business goals. I focused on shaping both design and business strategy, ensuring our projects deliver meaningful value to clients and support the company's growth. I manage resource allocation, lead hiring efforts, and maintain clear KPIs to help the team perform at its best. I also work closely with clients through strategic discussions, presentations, and project oversight to ensure smooth delivery and long-term success. Along with improving internal processes and SOPs, I take an active role in business development, supporting pitches, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall direction. This role allows me to blend leadership, strategy, and design to drive impactful results across teams and projects.
