FAQ
Can I have access to the source file for my video project?
Providing the source file requires additional work and resources. To cover these costs, an extra fee is required. However, the final product delivered meets your needs and the source file is typically only necessary for future editing. Contact me if you wish to discuss further.
What do I need to get started?
To get started on your project, I will need your files in HD. If you require an animated logo, please provide your logo in PNG format with transparency. Contact me for further information or if you have any questions.
How do I send you my files?
You can send your files by sharing a link from Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer to my inbox. This will ensure that the files are delivered securely and efficiently. Contact me if you have any questions or concerns about file sharing.
Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes, it is recommended to contact me before ordering. This will ensure that we are both on the same page regarding your project goals and requirements, and that I can provide you with a more accurate quote and timeline. Contact me to discuss your project and get started.
Do you animate videos? What kind of video editing you can make?
My specialty is video editing. I do not offer animation services. Video editing involves manipulating and rearranging video footage to create a new work, including tasks such as titling, color correction, and sound mixing. Contact me to discuss your video editing needs.

Mont Carver was a pleasure to work with and produced exceptional video content for us. Along with editing a 10-minute video, she also created a shorter clip for social media. Despite receiving minimal direction on the social media piece, she delivered a creative and visually engaging clip that exceeded our expectations. We’re very happy with the results!
