For most designs rendered images and screen shots are sent out within 72 business hours. For more complex designs like class and signet rings turn around time would take longer. If the model is approved all files will be sent over. However if any revisions need to be made this adds additional time.

We can only speak for ourselves, but as a custom design studio that has been in the industry for 50+ years our pricing falls in the middle. We aren't cutting corners and turning out slop to keep pricing low, and we also aren't out here overcharging and nickle and dimming our customs.

Price reflects the current model being designed. While minor changes and a few revisions, in relation to the original model, are not a problem. Completely changing the original design or wishing to create something new entirely will result in price changes or additional charges.

I can't speak for all, but very few designers are also knowledgeable about the jewelry making process. As a trained bench jeweler I am able to create the initial model with each stage of the process in mind. This also saves time and money as less labor and metal are wasted during the final stages.

Returns are not accepted for digital purchases. Please keep in mind that you are paying for the labor for the model to be created. Once final files are sent; returns are no longer accepted.

Yes, typically estimates are given out before hand, and are based on images and info provided. However, understand Fiverr works differently. Feel free to reach out with any information and price could be higher or lower than packages shown. Always happy to help!

Blender, as it's easily accessible and most likely will be able to open any 3d file. For jewelry, Rhino3d (RhinoGold, Matrix, etc) are standard but models can easily be saved so they can be opened in just about any software. If you have any concerns or a preferred software just let me know.

I can design just about anything you'd like. In terms of jewelry that ranges from a standard mans wedding band all the way to a highly detailed and textured piece such as a 3d sculpted creature/ person. Please keep in mind the more detailed a model is the longer it takes to create.
