Maia was a delight! First off, 100% ZERO AI used in her feedback, I know that is a big concern these days. And on top of that, she delivered quality feedback and was responsive to messages. I will say, there were some delays in delivery, but I was conveyed to me in advance and her proactive communication was super appreciated.
