FAQ
Which file formats do you accept, and what will I receive?
You can upload your raw audio in any common format (WAV, MP3, AIFF, M4A). On completion, I deliver a fully mastered, high quality 24-bit WAV file plus a 320kbps MP3, ready for streaming and distribution.
Can you fix audio with heavy background noise or echo?
I use advanced audio restoration tools to significantly reduce noise, clicks and background hum. Very heavily distorted or damaged audio cannot always be made perfect, so please send a short sample before ordering so I can assess it for free.
What do you mean by "tempo adjustments"?
If your tracks have drifted out of time, are out of sync, or need to hit a specific BPM, I use the advanced warping and time-stretching engines in Ableton Live and Logic Pro to align the timing perfectly without changing the pitch.
Will I get full commercial rights to the edited audio?
Yes. Once your order is complete and delivered, you own full commercial rights to the final audio file for any personal or commercial use.
What if I'm not happy with the first version?
Every package includes revisions, so we refine the mix together until it matches your brief, within the scope of the original order.
