E-Commerce Website Testing
Wix • Freelance
Jan 2026 - Present • 6 mos
Test Wix websites and online stores to ensure smooth functionality, responsive design, and a seamless user experience for visitors and customers. Work with Wix site owners, small businesses, and agencies to identify bugs, layout issues, and usability problems before their site goes live or after major updates. Core testing areas include navigation menu functionality, page loading speed, image and media rendering, contact form submissions, and button/link functionality across the entire site. For Wix Stores specifically, I test the shopping cart, checkout process, payment gateway integration, product page display, inventory accuracy, and order confirmation flow to ensure customers can browse and purchase without friction. Perform thorough cross-browser and cross-device testing, checking how the site performs on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, as well as across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes. Since Wix uses a drag-and-drop editor, I pay close attention to responsive design issues, such as overlapping elements, misaligned sections, or broken layouts that can occur when a site is viewed on different devices. I also test Wix-specific features such as embedded apps, booking or scheduling widgets, blog functionality, member login/sign-up areas, and any third-party integrations connected to the site, ensuring everything works together smoothly. Every project includes a detailed bug report with clear reproduction steps, screenshots or screen recordings, severity ratings, and practical suggestions for fixes, making it easy for Wix site owners or developers to quickly resolve issues and maintain a polished, professional website that converts visitors into customers.
QA & Manual Tester

Jan 2026 - Present • 6 mos
Provide comprehensive manual testing and quality assurance services for mobile apps, websites, and online/video games as a freelance QA tester. Specialize in identifying bugs, crashes, glitches, and performance issues across multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems before products reach end users. Core responsibilities include functional testing, UI/UX evaluation, usability testing, regression testing, and cross-browser/cross-platform testing. Perform detailed exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and unexpected behavior that automated tests often miss, ensuring a thorough and human-centered approach to quality assurance. For app and website clients, I test navigation flows, form submissions, responsiveness across screen sizes, load times, broken links, and overall user experience to make sure the product feels smooth and professional. For game testing clients, I focus on gameplay mechanics, level progression, in-game bugs, crashes, balance issues, and overall player experience, providing honest feedback from a real user's perspective. Every project includes a clear, well-organized bug report with reproduction steps, screenshots or screen recordings when needed, severity ratings, and suggestions for improvement, making it easy for developers and teams to prioritize fixes efficiently. I pride myself on fast turnaround times, clear communication, and honest, constructive feedback rather than surface-level observations. My goal on every project is to help clients launch a more stable, polished, and user-friendly product by catching issues before their customers do. I continuously build my QA skills through self-directed practice, testing new apps, websites, and games, and staying current with industry-standard testing methodologies and best practices.
