Didn't deliver what we asked for, went over the days we agreed and wouldn't share updates until it was complete so I couldn't tell them they were going the wrong direction. I will say they were always quick to reply which I appreciated and do think they put in effort, but for the money invested this was was not worth it and put our project back.
