What do you need from me before starting?
Please send your original CSV or Excel file, any Shopify import error message, and a short explanation of what you want corrected or converted.
Can you fix a CSV that Shopify is rejecting?
Yes. I can check the file structure, Shopify headers, delimiters, quotation marks, encoding, variant rows and other common formatting problems. Please send the error message before ordering when possible.
Can you convert my supplier Excel or CSV file to Shopify format?
Yes. I can map supplier fields such as titles, SKUs, prices, inventory, descriptions and image URLs into a Shopify-ready product CSV.
How do you count the number of products?
Each unique Shopify product counts as one product. Variants belonging to the same product are normally grouped under that product, but unusually complex variant structures may require a custom offer.
What if I have more than 50 products?
Please contact me with the file before ordering. I will review the size and complexity and send you a custom offer with the correct price and delivery time.
Do you upload the products directly to my Shopify store?
The standard packages include preparation and delivery of the Shopify-ready CSV file only. Store upload is not included unless it is discussed and added through a custom offer.
Do you provide product images or write descriptions?
No. I organise the information and image URLs already available in your source file. New product research, image sourcing and original description writing are not included.
Are revisions included?
I will correct mistakes in my delivered file based on your original instructions. New products, new fields, replacement supplier files or changes to the original scope require an additional order or custom offer.
Can you guarantee that every product will import successfully?
I will carefully format and validate the file for Shopify import. However, errors caused by missing source data, invalid image links, unsupported values or Shopify account restrictions may require additional information from you.
Do you work with complex variants or metafields?
Yes, depending on the structure. Please send a sample before ordering because complex variants and metafields may require a custom offer.
