What camera files do you accept?
I accept RAW and JPEG files from all Ricoh Theta cameras, including Z1, X, V, and SC2.
How do I share my files?
Upload your RAW, DNG, or JPG files to Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer and share the link.
Do you process HDR from bracketed shots?
Yes. I merge up to 9-shot bracketed RAW images (Dual-Fisheye Plugin) for clean HDR with natural, balanced tones.
What editing do you provide?
Professional stitching, HDR blending, color correction, leveling, ghost removal, nadir patching, object/shadow/reflection removal, noise reduction, and clarity enhancement.
Will the images be ready for virtual tour platforms?
Yes. Output is optimized for Kuula, Matterport, CloudPano, Google Street View, and other VR platforms.
What is the delivery time?
Most projects are delivered within 48 hours, depending on the number of panoramas and editing requirements.
Which output formats do you deliver?
JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or DNG depending on your source files and where you plan to publish.
