In my role, I focused on optimizing website layouts and content structure to increase user engagement and boost affiliate revenue. I analyzed user behavior to identify conversion bottlenecks and implemented design improvements such as refining visual hierarchy, adjusting CTA placement, and enhancing mobile responsiveness. Here’s how I’ve helped real brands grow: Therapie Infusion (Health & Care): They were getting plenty of mobile visitors, but very few were actually adding products to their carts. I redesigned their product pages, made key info easier to find, and built image galleries that look great on any phone. The result? Add-to-cart rates on mobile jumped by 34%. Wood-n-Wares (Home Decor): Their shoppers kept leaving at checkout—68% of carts were abandoned. By cutting unnecessary form fields and moving trust signals (like security badges and reviews) to the front and center, I helped reduce that abandonment rate to 52%. Shopify Store UX Audits: I’ve audited over a dozen Shopify stores using heatmaps, session recordings, and journey mapping to find where shoppers get stuck. Each audit ends with a clear, prioritized action plan for boosting conversions no guesswork, just data and actionable steps. Core deliverables: Figma wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, mobile-first PDP/PLP layouts, checkout flow redesigns, design systems, UX audit reports with A/B test recommendations.
