The template that I created is based on 25 years of experience in business continuity planning in major corporations. Each succession plan is customized to your companies unique structure and needs and is designed to complement your business continuity plan.

For a company with 1-10 employees, the client can expect a 2-3 page document. 10-100 employees can expect a 3-4 page document. Companies larger than 100 employees can expect multi-page documents with extensive job descriptions and cross training programs.
