• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations across medical-surgical and theatre units, setting the standard for professional, quality-driven patient care. • Plan and lead clinical audits — reviewing nursing practice, identifying gaps, and following through with corrective action plans that stick. • Directly supervise and mentor RNs, SRNs, and Nursing Officers II, guiding their clinical growth and holding the team accountable to Ministry of Health standards. • Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and allied health teams in the delivery of integrated, patient-centred care. • Own clinical documentation, incident reporting, and quality improvement cycles from initiation through to resolution. • Deliver health talks and patient education as part of a holistic approach to care that goes beyond treatment. • Champion infection prevention and patient safety protocols, translating policy into practical ward-level behaviour.
