Fer “MrFunk” Herrera is a Costa Rican bass player active since 1995, with experience as a band member, substitute bassist, studio recording musician, live performer, touring musician, and remote session player. His work focuses on real electric bass lines with groove, tone, and song-first musicality. He can record written bass parts, but his strongest value is creating original lines that help a song breathe, move, and feel alive.
