What information do you need to get started?
I need access to your Google Tag Manager container (or website backend to install GTM), your GA4 property, and your Google Ads account. For Meta tracking, I need Business Manager access. I will guide you through sharing access safely — no passwords required.
Will this work on my Shopify or WordPress website?
Yes. I work with Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, Webflow, and most custom websites. Just mention your platform when ordering and I will confirm compatibility before starting.
What is server-side tracking and do I need it?
Server-side tracking sends conversion data from your server instead of the user's browser. This bypasses ad blockers and iOS privacy restrictions, recovering lost conversion data. If you run Meta or Google Ads and want accurate attribution, I recommend it — especially with iOS updates reducing b
How will I know the tracking is working correctly?
I test everything using GA4 DebugView, GTM Preview mode, and Google Ads Tag Assistant before delivery. You will also receive a Loom video walkthrough showing the tracking firing live. Nothing is delivered untested.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Standard and Basic packages include 7 days of post-delivery support for questions about the setup. The Premium package includes 30 days of support. If something stops working due to a website update, I will fix it for you.
I already have tracking installed but it seems broken. Can you fix it?
Yes. Auditing and fixing broken tracking is one of the most common requests I receive. Order the Basic package and mention in your requirements that you need an audit — I will review your current setup and fix the issues found.
How long does the setup take?
Basic: 3 days. Standard: 5 days. Premium: 7 days. I often deliver earlier. If you have a deadline, message me before ordering and I will confirm availability.
